Foaling Down

At Lanitza Stud we understand just how imperative it is for owners that their foal is born safetly. After 11 months gestation the birth is often the culmination of much planning, research and a large investment.

Avoid the stress and fatigue by allowing our qualified & experienced team to assist you and your mare in this very exciting time.

Mare & Foal Agistment

We provide agistment for mares on long term or seasonal stays. Every horse is checked on and hard fed twice a day including hay. We are happy to accommodate any special feeding requirements as well as rugging/unrugging if necessary.

Lanitza Stud prides its self on its attention to detail and making sure we are hand ons to ensure every horse is happy, healthy and thriving.

Racehorse Spelling

Lanitza Stud & Spelling offers full care racehorse spelling for short and long term stays. We ensure owners/trainers receive weekly updates including photos & videos.

Each speller receives individual attention and care which includes but is not limited to
2x Hard feeds per day including hay
Rugging/unrugging if nessacary
Medication administered if nessacary
Washing & grooming when required

Sales Preparation

Lanitza Stud offers sales preparation for weanlings, yearlings and mares for all major sales.

Each horse has an individualized program including tailored nutrition and exercise to ensure the best results in the sales ring.
